Belize: Lamanai Ruins
Here are some panoramas from my trip to Belize in 2008:
Lamanai means “Submerged Crocodile” in Yucatec Maya. The Lamanai ruins are located in Belize, Orange Walk Town district.
This view is from the High Temple (33 meters) and you can see New River Lagoon nearby, which is the most usual traffic route for getting here.
Riding in a boat on New River Lagoon after visiting the ruins of Lamanai City. The New River was used as an access route and is now being used as a way to get to/from Orange Walk Town.
